The source package contains Python analysis, R and Stata scripts, browser tools, tests and documentation. The study package preserves the estimation panel, economic histories and model outputs used in the article.

Run the project locally

See the README for source restoration and analysis commands. Native R reproduces the main estimates. Stata syntax is included, with execution unverified.
